DO I HAVE TO SIGN A CONTRACT?

NO! You get to decide how often you would like to use our service.

WHAT HOURS DO YOU WORK?

We are available during the same hours as your Lender and Attorney.  If we receive a file over the weekend it will be processed first thing Monday morning. Don't worry, we've never lost a deal by having business hours!

HOW DO I PAY YOU?

Payment is due at the time of closing and we have several payment options that are based on your preference.

HOW DO I GET STARTED?
