CONTRACT TO CLOSE

Single side $350 / Dual $600

Buyer / Seller contract to close includes:

*Document preparation

* Organize files in Dotloop or other electronic file storage software.

* Collect contract, addendum, agency agreements, etc and verify all signatures, initials, and dates are present.

* Verify EM has been collected and sent to escrow.

* Send introduction letter with executed contract & EM to co-agent, lender, and the closing attorney.

* Keep track and notify agent and client of contractual dates & deadlines.

* Order home inspections & CL100's - coordinate with listing and/or buyer agent and client.

* Follow up with the Lender to ensure all documents needed by the client have been received.

* Follow up on the home inspection and/or Cl100, copy to agent and buyer.

* Follow up on appraisal.

* Order home warranty.

* Submit all documents to Brokerage for contract compliance review.

* Coordinate with all parties to schedule the closing.

* Create Opportunities in your preferred CRM

* Closeout sale in MLS(s) and Zillow (by request only)

* Submit the closing document to Brokerage for closing compliance review.
